Also, energy efficiency is something that is important to most of my clients and ICF is a cost effective way to far exceed the standard “Energy Star” rating that most other builders in our market are building. Plus, I saw it as an opportunity to take control of timelines early on in building by putting together a team for ICF install and framing.”
