The following is a basic overview of the steps involved in the installation of the AmDeck Floor & Roof System.

Erect shoring as per engineer or code requirements. Install steel joists 16" apart.     Stack forms starting from one side and work towards the other side.      Install electrical conduits and block-outs for service penetrations.     Place rebar for concrete joists.  Place transverse and longitudinal rebar for the concrete top. Pour concrete onto forms starting from one side and work towards the other side. Follow with a pencil vibrator to ensure proper concrete consolidation. Smooth concrete out to create a flat surface. Let concrete cure and proceed with further stages of construction.
